Happy St. Patrick's Day

Did you know the original colour associated with Saint Patrick was blue?  But over the years the colour green and its association with St. Patrick's day grew.  It's been said that Saint Patrick used the Shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pre-Christian Irish.

St. Patrick's Day is celebrated almost all over the worldSeattle and other cities paint the traffic stripes of their parade routes green.  In Chicago, they dye it's river green...how cool.  Here in Las Vegas, Sons of Erin puts on a parade down 4th St.  It's one of the biggest parades in the state....hmmmmm!

Well anyway celebrate safely and have lots of fun....the luck of the Irish to you all!

OM Goodness, I am such a ditz, I should have been born a blonde instead of my sister it fits me so much better than her, lol. I dug my bottle back out and it isn't from your home state at all, lol. It is from New Orleans probably a better fit to, lol. Sorry Kathy, I'd loose my head if it weren't atached, good grief, hahaha.

(Hugs from your dingy friend)
